  • 1. How long will my order take?

    We usually ship all our orders within 24 hours from receiving the order. After the product is shipped, our delivery/logistics partner can take up to 3-5 days to get the order delivered.

  • 2. Where do you ship to?

    We are currently shipping PAN India only. We ship to 18,000+ pin codes. .

  • 3. What payment methods do you accept?

    We offer both Cash on Delivery & Prepaid services.

  • 4. How can I check the status of my order?

    If you sign into your account to make a purchase then the order status and shipping number will be tracked within your account profile. Simply login and check your Order History. We will also send you an email letting you know when your order has shipped and is on its way.

  • 5. Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?

    If you wish to change anything in your order please send an email to support@enhanceskin.in with your order details and information about the request. Doing this as quickly as possible will give us a greater chance of fixing the order before it's sent. However, if the order has already been shipped then we can't help unfortunately.
